Parties
Parties are one of those events that pass by so quickly you forget the small details that you spent months planning. I specialise in providing those candid and behind the scenes moments that you missed in real time. Whether that be the laughter from a loved one, the engraved napkins you spent a week making or the extravagant dance move from your partner. I understand the time and effort that go into making an event truly special and more so understand that its the people that you share it with. I bring a non-invasive and friendly approach to your event that means I can capture what is often overlooked.
Prices
Parties
Party packages start from £200* and is based upon time frame and number of guests. I will always try to capture as much of the party as possible but will focus on more candid/behind the scenes footage. Advance editing is also available upon request for those spilled red wine misshaps!
Larger Events
Larger events that include all day attendance and corporate events start at £400*. Commercial usage rights for corporate events and advertising will be discussed prior to booking.
Weddings
I understand how special and important the big day is. Wedding packages includes the opportunity to sit down and meet prior to and after your wedding day. We will discuss your dream style and vision to ensure that the final products reflect on how amazing your day is. The editing and final product deliverables are extended to ensure every crease and misplaced flower perfectly represents your special day. These packages start from £800*.
FAQ
What is included within the packages?
The packages are based on time frames for which I will be working, from arrival to capturing your footage, to when you receive the final products in your inbox. Within the packages you will receive fully downloadable high quality images/videos that can be saved straight onto your phones or computer and in files made easy to share. Video content may take longer to edit depending on the media format but deliverables will be communicated clearly before booking.
Can the packages be tailored?
Absolutely! If you are wanting to split the packages into shared parts or alter it to cover over multi days this is always an option. A lot of clients enjoy having mixed media of their special events and this can be split between photography and videography. Please do get in contact if you are wanting to discuss this.
Booking and payment?
You can reach out through the website or any of my social media pages. I will then send you a quotation with deliverables but the booking will not be secure until a 20% deposit is made. The transfer details for this will be on the quotation sent over. Previews of footage will be sent over after we have captured your footage and will be released once the remaining balance is then paid.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
I understand things often change that we cannot predict! A 20% non refundable deposit is made to secure any booking dates, however if you are wanting to reschedule I will always try my best to reorganise this with you. My full T&Cs of cancellation and rescheduling can be found through my quotation document that will be sent over via initial enquiries and I am always available to contact if you have further questions.
Are commercial usage rights included in the price?
Usage rights depends on the type of booking and the intended use of the content. Personal use and standard social media sharing may be included within certain packages, while extended commercial usages, paid advertising, brand campaigns or exclusive usage may incur an additional fee. All usage terms will be discussed and agreed upon before your booking is confirmed. If you are unsure what you require, I am happy to help you find the right option for your project.
Transport and Accommodation?
Mileage within 40miles of a round trip is FOC however if mileage or accommodation is required, this will be discussed prior to booking and will be included within the quotation.
